Our Client is currently in the process of expanding its product range and aims to increase sales of both new and existing products during 2010. In order to help achieve this goal they require the services of a Sales and Business Development professional.
The job holder will be responsible for:
New Business Sales - Delivering a measurable increase in the sales of reports, subscriptions and consultancy services.
Identifying and establishing relationships with the key purchasers of market intelligence across the global mobile and telecoms sector.
Building a key prospect and customer database containing high quality contact data and reporting performance and lead generation status as required. Assisting in the development of effective sales collateral.
Obtaining survey feedback from existing and potential clients on Juniper Research products and services.
Contributing to team goals as required.
Knowledge & Skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and able to sell effectively at a senior level.
An Excellent telephone manner.
Solid internet research skills - obtaining leads, contact details and background company information.
Ideally Knowledge of the Market Research business or Telecoms market - or the ability to learn both quickly.
IT and Web literate - with a minimum of Microsoft Word, Excel & web skills.

This part time position will be on a temporary basis initially but has the potential to develop into a full time post given a successful outcome.
